Change Requires Depth, Not Just Structure
PSYCHODYNAMIC TEAM DEVELOPMENT
Traditional team development often falls short in times of upheaval. Psychodynamic coaching creates real change—through emotional intelligence and psychological safety.
About Psychodynamic Team Development
For teams undergoing major changes—such as restructurings, the appointment of a new CEO, or mergers and acquisitions—more than just structural adjustments are required. Sustainable change begins with understanding the conscious and unconscious dynamics at play. Using an integrated approach that combines psychoanalysis, group relations theory, and open systems theory, profound and lasting transformation becomes possible.
My goal is to help teams uncover hidden dynamics and resistance, create psychological safety, and provide space to address fears and conflicts that hinder productive work. This enables a human-centered leadership culture where people work with creativity and passion while remaining adaptable to external challenges.

Phases of the Coaching Process:
- Prepare: Align goals with the client organization, conduct interviews with stakeholders, analyze existing data (e.g., employee satisfaction surveys), conduct assessments (Hogan, work shadowing, cultural assessments, adaptive leadership assessments, etc.), and develop interventions in coordination with the client organization.
- Plant: Guide and embed transformation through change interventions such as offsite meetings and workshops.
- Grow: Support the adoption and consolidation of changes through individual coaching, peer-group coaching, and ongoing facilitation.
