Phases of the Coaching Process:
- Prepare & Plant: Align goals with the client organization, design a Peer Group Coaching format, possibly as part of a larger change initiative.
- Grow: Conduct regular Peer Group Coaching sessions, create a non-judgmental space for reflection, mutual learning, and effective cross-department collaboration.
Peer Group Coaching usually takes place in small groups of 6 to 8 participants who are at a similar hierarchical level or form a leadership team. Sessions occur monthly, either virtually or on-site, tailored to the specific needs of the group, focusing primarily on exchanging and reflecting on real cases. Sessions are confidential and carefully facilitated to promote growth and collaboration.
