Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.

Root deep, lead boldly, live fully.

In life and leadership, we all reach moments where the old ways no longer serve us — where something needs to shift, but clarity is still out of reach. These are turning points. And they hold the potential for deep transformation.

At Seeds & Summits, we guide individuals and teams through these pivotal transitions. We offer grounding in times of change — creating space for reflection, emotional clarity, and new direction.

Seeds stand for the inner work: cultivating values, purpose, and personal accountability.

Summits are the meaningful outcomes: stronger relationships, integrated leadership, and human growth.

  • For stability and adaptability—to secure personal and organizational success in times of constant change.
  • For a human-centered leadership culture that fosters work driven by passion and creativity.
  • True leadership begins within. And from there, it can truly make a difference.

Guided by Values

Our values act as a compass — offering direction and clarity, guiding individuals and teams through meaningful growth and lasting transformation.

Authenticity

I help leaders use self-awareness to understand their emotions, potential projections from family, peers and coworkers and helpful or unhelpful unconscious patterns. Authenticity is key—it builds trust, drives engagement, and shapes positive company culture. Real transformation doesn’t make you less authentic; it helps you become even more yourself.

Vitality

Vital leadership inspires and energizes teams while maintaining personal well-being and resilience. I help clients embrace diverse perspectives, foster playfulness and learning, and see challenges as growth opportunities—creating healthy, thriving organizations for healthy people.

Curiosity

Far from being just a “soft skill”, curiosity is a true leadership superpower: it helps find orientation in complex situations, fosters creativity, and builds a culture of trust and innovation.

In my own research on the process of letting go during involuntary career transitions, curiosity emerged as a key factor for personal coping and growth. It helps people take responsibility and navigate change through their own inner strength.

(Self)Compassion

Self-compassion means treating yourself with kindness and acceptance during challenges, without judgment. It’s a vital leadership skill that supports personal growth by helping you acknowledge personal emotions and shortcomings with kindness – as a prerequisite for positive change. Embracing self-compassion deepens empathy and fosters psychological safety in teams.

(Self)Respect

Leaders with self-respect show humility and self-awareness without having to feel superior or inferior to others. Their self-respect strengthens authenticity and integrity and enables respectful leadership. Those who exemplify self-respect promote appreciation within the team and create a positive, productive working environment.

Gratitude

Gratitude strengthens resilience, connects people and creates trust and a sense of belonging. Managers who show gratitude promote motivation and cooperation. In my coaching sessions, I support people in gaining new perspectives and mastering difficult situations through gratitude.

THE SQUIRREL MANIFESTO

The grown-up squirrel can defy gravity and walk on magical paths in both the conscious and unconscious realms, benefiting from a full perspective. It has night vision and explores complexity rather than trying to simplify it. It can accept not knowing and embraces uncertainty with the perfection of poetry. It understands when it is mad, bad, glad, or sad, takes ownership of its emotions, and can express them—even when it feels shameful or risky.

It tries to decipher the subtle and tangled threads of human relatedness and accepts that disappointing and being disappointed are parts of life.
It does not feel the need to make others small to feel superior, nor does it diminish itself or hide its light. It strives to be good enough and recognizes that learning and growth are only possible when we have the courage to face our shortcomings and treat ourselves with love and compassion.

The squirrel can dash wildly up a tree in boisterous play with friends, and it can also stamp its feet and speak up boldly to protect its own boundaries and demand respect for others.

Most importantly, the squirrel—consciously or unconsciously—plants seeds: seeds of love, seeds for trees that will one day give shade to future generations.

The Squirrel Manifesto represents an aspirational state of balance—a guiding star on our coaching journey. It constantly reminds us of what truly matters and the direction we want to move in. It is a tribute to my colleagues at INSEAD, “The Squirrels,” who were part of my profound transformational journey.
