Coaching that Drives impactful Change

At Seeds & Summits, I support organizations that want to help their leaders and teams successfully navigate personal transformations—especially in the context of profound career changes or structural organizational shifts.

My work is grounded in a diverse range of theoretical approaches and practical experience:

  • Psychoanalysis / Psychodynamics / Socioanalysis
  • Systemic coaching, family therapy
  • Strengths-based development
  • Certified Hogan assessor

I offer individual coaching, team coaching, peer-group sessions, and inspiring impulses—using methods from systems theory and psychoanalysis. These approaches are complemented by my extensive experience as a scientist and leader in a DAX40 company.

I continuously develop my expertise—through supervision with an experienced psychotherapist and organizational consultant, as well as exchange in an international peer-coaching group. 

Coaching is offered virtually or on-site – in my practice in Vienna or outside (+ travel costs), in German or English.

Prepare

Define the scope and objectives of the collaboration, build trust, create a safe environment, and explore the client’s or organisation’s history and unconscious patterns to clarify goals and readiness for change.

Plant

Work together to generate insights, identify and challenge limiting beliefs, introduce new perspectives, and set actionable steps for change.

Grow

Guide the client or the organization in applying insights, support them through real-world challenges, and adjust strategies as they develop greater self-awareness and resilience. Support growth of roots, trunk and branches (Depth, Height, Breadth).
